As a South Florida native and resident for over 36 years, there isn’t an area I’m not familiar with. From growing up in Highland Lakes, to living in every condo you can think of throughout Aventura, to my current home in Skylake and soon my new build underway in Golden Beach, I’ve navigated countless builds, renovations and construction projects throughout my life. Between my own experiences and learning about the experiences of my former, current and future neighbors, I couldn’t help but notice we all shared the same frustrations with our home projects: pricing and timing. That’s when I decided I wanted to do something about it.

 

By combining the extensive industry research I have done, from best practices to top finishes and the knowledge I’ve gained from working with some of the best (and worst) builders and tradesmen around, I knew I could create a building and renovating experience unlike any other— and who better to bring that experience to than the communities I’ve lived in my entire life?
